Wintrol<sup>®</sup> T (Tolyltriazole)
tolyltriazoleWINTROL® T PRODUCTS ALL CONTAIN TOLYLTRIAZOLE (TT OR METHYLBENZOTRIAZOLE). TT is a mixture of 4 and 5 methylbenzotriazole. It is a well-known copper and high copper alloy corrosion inhibitor used in applications such as water treatment, engine coolants, metal working fluids, lubricants, and cleaners. THE TRUTH ABOUT TOLYLTRIAZOLE (METHYLBENZOTRIAZOLE)

Pure tolyltriazole is white with no odor. Color and odor are caused by azo dye complexes and free amines that are impurities. Wintrol® T is white with low odor. Wintrol® draws the line on quality.
